✦ An app for macOS

Leave it running —
every meeting and chat,
all turned into text.

No record button needed. Just leave Meemo AI running, and it automatically captures and organizes everything — the voices in your web meetings and the discussion in the room. It sorts records by meeting through calendar sync, and AI answers your summaries and questions with the context of related past sessions.

Concept

Just leave it running.
It hears everything for you.

Online meetings, in-person discussions, even a quick chat that isn't really a meeting at all. Just leave Meemo AI running in the background, and it transcribes every conversation automatically and organizes it by meeting.

You never have to think about “saving” a conversation. Before you know it, everything you talked about today is here, neatly organized.

💻

Web meetings (online)

Captures the other side's audio and transcribes it automatically.

🤝

In-person meetings

Picks up the room with the mic and records the discussion as-is.

💬

Casual chats & hallway talk

It's already saved — before you even think to record.

Why Meemo AI

Three things only an “always-on” tool can do

It doesn't stop at transcription. A continuous log of your conversations powers your everyday work.

1

Context-aware transcription & AI chat

Built on the conversation log that's always running, ask AI to “summarize so far,” “what was the conclusion?,” or “pull out the to-dos” — all with full context. Transcription you actually use, not just look at.

→ Transcription / on-the-spot AI chat
2

Relevant info, matched to the live conversation

Leveraging always-on transcription, AI reads what you're discussing right now and quietly suggests relevant reference pages beside the conversation. It gets ahead of “I'll look that up later.”

→ Related-info suggestions
3

Calendar sync connects you to related past conversations

Sync with Google / Outlook to auto-sort conversations by event. Instantly pull up past logs of the same recurring or themed meeting, and AI answers with that context too.

→ Related past meetings / calendar sync
Features

Key features

Real-time transcription

Words become text as you speak.

Transcribes your mic plus the audio playing on your Mac (the other side of a web meeting, videos, and more).

  • Unconfirmed speech shown faint; confirmed text saved to history — easy to follow
  • Choose Apple's built-in on-device recognition or high-accuracy Whisper
  • Large, readable text — legible even from across the screen
Freed from note-taking. Stay focused on the conversation while the record builds itself.

On-the-spot AI chat

“Send me the minutes” takes one line.

Just type “summarize the key points in three” or “pull out the to-dos.” AI answers with the flow of the conversation in mind.

  • Questions and answers sit in the same timeline as the transcript
  • Consult the same way during a live meeting or on a past one
  • Exchanges are saved automatically
Summaries, issue-sorting, and action items in seconds. No more post-meeting writing.

Related past meetings

Pick up right where you left off.

From recurring schedules, attendees, and similar meeting names, related past records are surfaced automatically as chips. Click to jump to that session.

  • Turn on “include related past context” to answer with past summaries too
  • Answers “what was last time's action item?” or “what's the history of this deal?” across sessions
  • Relevance is computed on-device — fast, with nothing extra sent out
Meetings that were dots become a connected line.

Related-info suggestions

Reference links, right beside the topic.

AI reads the subject of your conversation, curates a few highly relevant results from web search, and drops them into the timeline as “💡 Related info” cards.

  • On by default; interval adjustable. Stays quiet during small talk
  • Suggestions are saved to history too
Takes the first step of your research off your plate, mid-meeting.

Calendar sync

When the schedule changes, the record switches too.

Sync Google Calendar / Outlook, and each time the event changes, the record is saved under that event's name and a new one begins.

  • History lined up neatly as “date → time + meeting name + attendees”
  • Pull up past logs of recurring or same-theme meetings and consult AI with that context
  • Sync is read-only for events. Credentials are stored safely on-device
No need to file “which meeting is this record.” Seamlessly connected to the same past meetings.

More handy features

Auto-corrects slips & proper nouns

AI fixes wording from context, prioritizing the company, product, and personal names you've registered in the glossary. Even jargon-heavy meetings stay readable.

🎙️

Auto on/off by voice detection

Waits during silence and resumes automatically when it hears a voice (with pre-roll so nothing is clipped). Leave it on and only the parts that matter are kept.

🗂️

Store, replay, export

Records are saved on-device. Audio is kept too, so you can replay to settle “who said what.” Export to Markdown for easy sharing.

👥

Tells who said what (speaker separation)In development

Organizes speech by speaker so “this is the client's request” and “this is our action item” are clear at a glance. Coming in a future update.

📚

Seminars & study sessions

Listen along while related-info suggestions reinforce your understanding.

▶️

YouTube & video

Transcribes the playing audio as-is. AI summarizes even long videos.

AI & Privacy

You decide how much leaves your Mac.

Choose your engine for both transcription and AI consultation. Keep everything on-device, and not a word of your conversation goes to the internet.

Transcription engines

  • Apple on-device recognition — built into macOS. Processes on-device and sends nothing online.
  • Whisper (on-device) — runs on Apple Silicon. Pick high-accuracy models; transcribe even offline.

AI for chat, summary & correction
